For our other 50 cell trays, like the Premium 50 Cell Seedling Plug Tray (312003) and Premium 50 Cell Seedling Plug Tray (310050) which are square, the plugs fit more tightly, with approximately 1/8" of the plug exposed above the surface. This makes the 312005 and CUL005 combination a great option for those seeking flexibility and ease during the propagation process.
